The Advisor will welcome the guest and handle initial check in paperwork. The Advisor will also communicate minor recommendations from the Service Department to the Express Lane guest. Guests using the Express Service Lane will expect fast, friendly service from the Express Service Advisor. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service Serving as a liaison between technicians and guests. Take ownership of the guests experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the guest. Distribute work between technicians Prioritize required services Ensure the guest has a positive dealership experience Provide concierge support for all
guest inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the guest does not get mishandled. Spend quality time building relationships with the guests.
