Microsoft CRM offers a great opportunity for Microsoft partners that are looking to:

Increase revenue potential. Microsoft CRM offers software advisor fees through the Certified Software Advisor initiative. Partners can also capitalize on the pull-through revenue opportunity for Microsoft infrastructure products.

Invest in a high growth opportunity. According to AMR Research, the CRM market forecast for 2005 is almost $38 billion*. Additionally, the small and mid-market space is a largely untapped and fragmented market with no clear market leaderover 80% of these companies are estimated to be without a CRM solution today. Microsoft is investing tremendous resources in this space. It's time for you, as a Microsoft partner, to get a share in high-growth business opportunity.

Diversify and expand your business. Microsoft CRM is a great fit if you're already selling Microsoft infrastructure or business solutions, including Microsoft Office. CRM provides a compelling business reason to upgrade/install the latest infrastructure products, including Windows and Office. Additionally, if you are currently an Exchange, SQL or SBS partner, you may have the necessary skills to install the Microsoft CRM infrastructure requirements. If you're currently a CRM service provider, Microsoft CRM is a great new product to add to your current CRM offerings.

The partner organization must have been involved in the pre sale software assessment and recommendation process with the customer.

The partner organization must be the primary post sale CRM implementation services partner for that customer.

The partner organization is currently a member of the Microsoft Partner Program at the Registered, Certified, or Gold level, or plans to join the program later in 2004 at this level.
